Filmed on-location in downtown Chicago and rural Kenya, two women from vastly different circumstances carry a yellow bucket of water through their respective landscapes.
“Be Hope to Her” (BH2O+) is a nationwide event hosted by NURU INTERNATIONAL designed to raise awareness about the need for clean water. With a yellow bucket on your head, participants journey to a water source, fill a yellow bucket and walk back as if they were providing a day’s worth of water for your family—just as millions of women and girls do across the globe every day.
